About me

Kendall Coffman

clinical therapist (LMFT)

Owning our story can be hard, but not nearly as hard as spending our lives running from it. All of us have a biological need to feel safe and worthy of love. I believe we thrive when we experience acceptance, freedom, and authenticity through connection with others. Ask yourself, are you struggling with the effects of trauma, grief, loss, heartbreak, or stigma? Is your relationship or connection to others facing difficulties? What would your life be like a year from now if you were still struggling without improvement or attempting to heal? What would it look like to start the healing process now? How might your life be better?

Outside of therapy, I am an Adjunct Professor at Columbus State Community College and Otterbein University where I teach courses in psychology and human sexuality. In my free time I like to hike, read, play tennis, spend time with friends & family, and listen to every song Taylor Swift has released!
